Quicktime Problem

I have Quicktime Pro 7, and can't for the life of me figure out how to export a still frame right. I know I used to be able to do it on the last version fine. I just want to export a bitmap or jpeg, but everything keeps coming up as a pict file that I can't do crap with, and is smaller than the original image. Is this some new feature to keep people from doing anything with it or what?

ummm pause it where you want it.. copy it (edit copy) and paste it into mspaint, save it as JPG and there you have it. I have version 7.4.1 (none pro) and it worked fine

What are you trying to export from? I believe there is an issue with doing what you are trying to do from a DVD source.
