Ray Fisher is CYBORG!

pretty much sums up the facebook reaction to this.

I wonder how many ppl even read the article?! It clearly states he won't have a big part in this one. We will most likely get an introduction, which will probably carry on to JL.

Some crazies need to chill.

What about Rhodey and Falcon?

People like to discount them because Rhodey uses one of Tony's suits and Falcon has those mechanical wings on a pack -- but they're mere humans. So technically, they're correct.

I read the first 8 pages of this thread and it did nothing but give me a headache. Wait till we get a trailer or better yet wait till you see the movie before you judge it.

Logic and Rationality are not allowed here! :o

This is the first superhero of color announced for either of the DC or Marvel universes.

Who would have thought that Cyborg of all heroes would be the first to make it to screen among John Stewart, Black Panther and Luke Cage.

Blade
Storm
Kingpin(movie version)
rhodey
falcon
and even if everyone wants to forget it but steel still happened.

I'm pretty sure that Superman/Batman and Justice League are filming back to back. This is probably just a small cameo at the end of Superman/Batman and he will have a much larger role in the actual Justice League movie...which this is NOT it

That's great, it's the confirmation STAR Labs will have a large part.

Again, rational thinking is not permitted on the BVS boards.

They won't have active roles, they will just appear randomly be in background like;

plot twist: Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot and Ray fisher will only be playing waiters and waitresses at planet krypton.

They really are trying to go New 52.

It must be nice being part of a mob that gangs up on those who have different perspective.

Ironic. You're part of the anti-DC crowd ganging up and blasting DC for every move they make.

This will be a glorified cameo in a Batman/Superman but you all spout doom and gloom constantly. It's unbearable.

Never heard of the guy. Hopefully this turns out to be a good casting. I gotta say I haven't liked the castings of Gadot, Eisenberg, and now this guy. Hopefully the first trailer proves me wrong.

You know if it is a film full of glorified cameos, is that a good thing? :woot:

In a movie that is supposed to be BvS, just adding one justice league character after another, is for fan-service and for something like the trailer that gets people talking. Just throwing one character after another does not make the story better. If anything it's the opposite, as we have seen before.

They haven't scheduled another shoot right after BvS. So if anything is coming right after, it won't be this production/franchise.

But isn't this shoot 10 months long? And isn't that considered extraordinary long in Hollywood? Don't shoots usually last 3-5 months? Honest questions.

Nerd ragers gonna nerd rage. I hope they shout so hard, their lungs jump up into their throats and strangle them.

.... too much? :o

Written by David S. Goyer, the screenplay for Batman-Superman is based on a story co-created by Goyer and Snyder.

WTF?? I thought one of the Argo writers are doing the script please keep Snyder and Goyer away from scriptwriting story ok but screenplay is a BIG NO NO to me

You don't like the casting of a trained theatre actor. Huh.
