Someone brought it up on another forum but I think it'd be an interesting idea to have Cyborg mentor Blue Beetle in his solo film. Both has cool powersets and an interesting alien connection. Could explore the Reach/Apokolips war with those two!

Edit: Should have posted it here instead...

Does no one care about Cyborg that no questions have been asked about his film? Didn't see it in the new slate of movies. Did they drop Cyborg?

It def seems that way. Black Panther has definitely overshadowed him. HUGELY.

I sure hope that this film goes off

I won't spoil the movie, I will say I think Ray is an awesome actor and could carry his own franchise.

Or at the very least, do some kind of hybrid Teen Titans/Cyborg movie. I also like Cyborg's relationship with the metal men in the comics, so a Cyborg franchise could explore them and maybe even spin off the metal men in there own long rumored movie.

Agreed, I really really want that Cyborg movie now. With Grid as the villain

They definitely owe the character a proper back story. I'm happy with the characters screen time and group contribution, but I REALLY need to see more of him.

I could see them taking the best of Blade Runner, Terminator, Tron the Matrix and mixing it into something great and unique.

They need to lose the CGI body though. We have the prosthetics and make up to make a convincing practical Cyborg, why waste money on CGI?

Yes I definitely want a Cyborg movie especially after seeing him last night in JL. He deserves not only his own solo standalone film but he at least at the very least deserves his own franchise.

I loved him in the film but unfortunately I have a feeling this movie will be one of the casualties in the wake of Justice League's failure.

If they were to make this a Cyborg solo film, could the villain be Ronald Evers

I want to see a solo film for the Batman and the Flash after AM and WW2. But I don't want to see a Cyborg film. He's that kind of character that is better off in a team film like jl, not a solo film.

I think they'll use him in Flashpoint one way or the other, show a softer side of him, and gauge audience interest in a film at that point.

Aww, did Cyborg lose his sub-forum? Guess that makes sense, his film is in limbo.

it would be better if they would make it also with Flash. Like marvel did with thor ragnarok and captain america 3.
A solo cyborg film will have problems.
Better more villians and more heroes(would like more Justice League movies then solo films.)

I'd rather see a Martian Manhunter movie than a Cyborg movie. Especially if some of the action takes place on Mars. Perhaps start the movie with the war between the Green Martians and the White Martians.
Then how he makes his way to Earth and how he fits in. We get glimpses of that on the TV show, but with a big budget movie they could really flash that out.

Shame we never got to see it, is was one of the few bright spots of the Whedon JL.

The mere existence of this thread is a sad sad situation, cause it's a reminder of what we will never have.
