i think thats supposed to be ULTIMATE iron man from the ultimates series i saw a picture of it on the back of a marvel legends HERCULES figure

Yeah, thats Hasbro's first wave of Marvel legends,no where near as good as Toybiz's sets, I did pick it up at my local comic shop a few weeks ago.
