World Recast the x-men...

We are all familiar with the original five members of the x-men from the comics. However with First Class changing the origin to fit towards the x-men universe created for the movies. It has made me wonder, if you could go back and time and change the original line up who would you have?Using the already exisiting vast caterlog of mutants in the marvel universe pick five characters that would be the first mutants to join xaviers school for the gifted...

Jamie Madrox Aka The Multiple-Man (As Team Leader)
Monet StCroix Aka M
Kevin Sidney Aka Morph/Changling.
Alison Blaire Aka Dazzler
Henry McCoy aka Beast

Whilst we are at it, why not recast the first brotherhood too...

Rougue as the leader is an interesting choice, she does have the potential to be a a mutant on the level of a Magneto so it is plausable.

I really like the idea of Rogue as a team leader (both of the X-mem themselves and of the Brotherhood). I also really like Jamie Madrox as team leader, but I'm unsure about him as a "founding leader".

But really... why Blob?
