Reducing GIF size

I made a GIF at Gifsoup.com and saved it to my computer. How do I reduce it to 50x50?
 
You need an app. Some people will recommend you Gimp, I'd recommend Ulead. Even ImageReady.
 
You could even upload it to photobucket and edit it there.
 
Actually, doing a quick test, it doesn't matter if it's animated

Open the gif in Gimp, select Image|Scale Image, make your changes, press Scale, then save as.

If you want to see the animation at the new size, you can preview it be selecting Filters|Animation|Playback.
