As Christmas approaches, the SINISTER SIX reconstitutes with SANDMAN, RHINO, VULTURE, ELECTRO and new members MYSTERIO and KRAVEN. All they want for Christmas is SPIDER-MAN – dead. Meanwhile, PETER PARKER finds his wandering eye prevents him from being with GWEN STACY. He’ll have to learn to focus if he wants to get the girl… and if he wants to stay alive.

why so kal, it was good in 90s series but i still to this day dont see what was such a big deal with them not being able to call the group sinister six like it should be.

Probably not. There was something very special about the Six fighting symbiote Spider-Man.

True. I think it has a chance though for a few reasons...

-Their powers seem a bit more varied this go around. They replaced one of their energy casters with a feral and one of their scientists with a sorcerer (or sorts). Hell, the latter wasn't even really replaced, just probably promoted to team manager.
-A weaker sPidey should be more entertaining to watch.
-Sinister 6 + Christmas = The Greatest Gift Of All.

I really wonder if Spider-Man will have to separate them to whoop them. Mysterio's easy pickings without robotic assistance. They did a good job in Group Therapy without using the cliche 'villains can't work together well' theme that everyone uses. It will be harder to beat the Six because there is no symbiote to do all of the work. I really wonder if they can top the Group Theraby fight, I had an eyegasm watching that....

Well, remember that Spidey couldn't beat them when he was awake, even in the alien suit, and he had to run for the hills. The symbiote had to take full control over him to beat them. And now Spidey doesn't have even that. I don't really see how he could best them, unless they muck it up big time.

Quite possibly. Without Doc Ock actually there on the team to lead them in battle, they probably wont be as effective as they were before.

Well, they'll certainly be suffering from brain drain by replacing Ock with Rhino.

They will all be fighting each other by the end of the episode. Last time Rhino won the coin toss to finish Spiderman, let us see how Kraven handles that. Remember that Rhino Kraven took down in Africa. Good night Rhino.

If this is the end, they may end up showing us the Master Planner in person like how they showed us Tombstone as the Big Man at the end of the second arc of S1 (which was about the Big Man).
