Three men are lost at sea in a small boat. They have four cigerates but no match. How do they smoke?

Ok.. here's the answer.

They throw one of the cigerates overboard making the boat a cigerate lighter.

It's an old riddle from the 60's Batman show actually done by THE RIDDLER.

The peasant said he would pick a paper from the hat and do what was writen in the one left inside.

something like that. he pulledd out one piece of paper and tore it up before he or anyone else could read it. then he told the king to read what was on the other paper. the reading of EXILE, by the king, assured the crowd that the peasant took the paper MARRIAGE.
