Coming on DVD and Blu-Ray next week with a limited theaatrical run now in some selected theaters, it's based on his graphic novel and produced by Film Roman and Spumco ("Ren and Stimpy") it's suppose to be a raunchy, gory and funny as hell horror comedy in animation.

I watched the trailer, and it seems to combine the best and worst of Rob Zombie. For example...

Good- The fantastic shout out to the original Dracula's opening.

Bad- Sherri G-Damn Moon Zombie

Oh look; another thread where everyone can call Rob out on his wife. Lovely. :whatever:

Let the "white trash redneck" comments commence.

Why all the hate towards Rob's wife? So what if he puts her in his movie. Nobody *****es because Ron Howard puts his brother and his parents in his movies.

I'm looking forward to giving this a rental at least. it looks funny in some of the bits from the trailer.

1 person said something about Sherri and 3 people complained about it lol.

Anywho, it doesn't tickle my fancy though seeing that familiar animation style makes me miss the old school Ren and Stimpy.

He only does that with his father now, because his mother died years back.

I love Sherrie by the way. I probably wouldn't of used her in H2 though.

its about friggen time, they started this in what 05, 06, its nonsense.

What i don't get is years ago they had a whole bunch of screenshots and such on the official site, but shorty after everything said coming soon and its hasn't been upadated in years.

Can't wait to get this in the mail from Amazon.com.

This should make up for Zombie doing remakes, for me at least. I want him to stick with doing more original stuff rather than remake after remake. Hopefully The Blob falls through or it's his last one.

He should be working on Tyrannasaurus Rex right now but not the blob.

Good point. When or if he ever does that film expect a lot of **** talking again. **** talking about white trash bikers or something to that extent.

I watched El Superbeasto on Monday on PPV and it's pretty good for a sick, trashy, horrish comedy cartoon. When I say strashy, I mean foul words and lots of boobs. BOOBS!!! CARTOON BOOBS!!!!! AMERICAN CARTOON BOOBS!!!! Get your attention? YEAH!

I understand the DVD price will be pretty low, but even still, unless it's packed with a lot of features, you might just want to get this as a Rental. It's good and all, but it just really strings itself alonge on a simple thin plot. The animation is great and looks amazing, but it's simple Ren-Stempy stuff from the 90's, which works for it's charm and appeal. Michael Myers makes a cameo....and it's sad. haha Lot of Zombie's character cameos in the film with cult pop referances scattered throughout.

It's a fun movie to watch, but can become dull after two or three viewings as I experianced. *Watched it 5 times, could only pay attention during the first 2*

I give it 4 out of 5. It's a cartoon, dealing with action and horror, has nudity, good music choices, lots of funny cursing, and it really isn't at all what I expected from Zombie, then again it was everything I expected from Zombie.

It's up to you I guess, to decide. Rent it though.
