No, it's not that. It's in the Tse draft, though - Manhattan touches her to show her how he experiences time. Here he's trying it in the lab setting, and she tells him to stop. But later, on Mars, she let's Dr. Manhattan do it, and that's how she finds out the Comedian is her father.

that´s not a bad idea actually. it always bugged me a little that she just suddenly happens to realize that the comedian is her father.

i know that Snyder has been quite faithful to the dialog and comic book panel of Watchmen but seriously it just hit me how elated i am to practically see and hear the comic book in live action.
