I'd guess Maya Lopez or Angela Del Toro. Kirsten would fit if they want to tie it in with Mark Waid's run. I really hope we get an appearance by Mary Walker (as you can tell by my username she is a favourite of mine)

Eh. Pass. Elektra's Greek. Casting an Afro-Cuban/Puerto Rican actress for the part would be just as off-base as casting someone as white bread as Garner.

But honestly, I'm not expecting her to be Elektra. They were upfront about Cox and D'Onofrio and who they were playing, I don't see why they'd be deceptive about Elektra. Honestly, it makes me wonder if she's someone who might connect to the other Netflix series as well.

Ha! Just posted about the possibility of her played Jessica Jones in the other thread, but I thought it wouldn't be likely to start playing her in the Daredevil series.

Then I read your post, and maybe… she is? I don't know. Or she could be Misty Knight, which would be totally BA.

I would love her as a new Elektra but the McDuffie guesses are probably most likely in my opinion. Love the casting regardless Can't wait to see how this pans out.

My gut feeling is new character, but I really don't know.

Based on this quote from Loeb, though, it seems like Matt might not be Daredevil at the start of the series:

“Rosario Dawson is one the most charismatic, talented and powerful actresses in Hollywood, so she was always at the top of our list for 'Marvel’s Daredevil,'” said Jeph Loeb, Marvel’s Head of Television. “Her role in the series is absolutely critical to Matt Murdock’s journey to become the hero we know as Daredevil.”

Ive the strange feeling, from the description of her role, that she can be Milla Donovan. (the blind social activist that DD met by accident and later married) If that's the case, good choice.
