Sorry, I posted a YouTube video of paparazzi absolutely storming Tobey Maguire and I asked "Who would want to live lke that?"
But when I watched the video again I noticed Maguire swearing, so I yanked the post.

I see a lot of potential in Brandon Routh. I loved him in Superman Returns and liked him a lot in Zack and Miri. I wish him the best in his career. And definitely wish to see him in good movies, many. Time will tell.

I think both of them will do very well. With Routh he has a lot on his plate and depending on if they bring him back for the new Superman movie I think his career will take off. I mean if all reports are correct he is still going to be Superman and I think he'll do a great job when he is playing his own Superman instead of someone else. As for Welling I think he would do great on a show that is like ER or CSI or something like that. I just think he is more suited for the drama roles if anything then what he is doing now.

I think it's obvious that Routh will do better than Welling at this point. That may not be saying much, but still.

It would not surprise me to see Welling go the David Schwimmer post-TV route. Take a few roles here and there, but focus primarily on behind the camera work.

I'm gonna have to agree, i think after Smallville we're gonna see Welling direct more than act.

Exactly. Building a solid career in this business takes years and a lot of work and dedication, but some people here think that it takes just one film to become a superstar... it isn't so all the time. Bale, Clooney, Dicaprio and many others are good examples of that. I mean, how many years took Bale to be where he is?

Like I said, time will tell.
