Rumor has it that Howard The Duck to be rebooted

I hear that he might appear at the end of Guardians of the Galaxy and that Disney/Marvel might do a reboot of Gerber's character.

Who wants WETA for the effects and have Patton Oswould or Steve Buscemi as Howard's voice. And would he work as a character in the GOTG or Avengers franchise?

If Disney/Marvel opened a "second front" so to speak of Marvel projects that were largely peripheral to the overarching theme of the current Marvel phases, then a Howard the Duck movie might be fun in an offbeat way. I could imagine Blade and Ghostrider fitting in this sort of niche. On the other hand, if Howard the Duck is filling one of the phase 3 slots instead of Captain Marvel, Black Panther, etc., I'm not going to be too happy.

I love Howard, but I wish someone could convince DC to make an Ambush Bug movie, even if it would be doomed from the start.

I FEAKING LOVE HIM!! and the funny thing is if you can have a talking Raccoon getting accolades.. well a TALKING CIGAR SMOKING DUCK SHOULD TOO! Howard was just Rocket before Rocket and cause of that sorry ass 80's movie he had nobody likes em, but any booze drinking ,skirt chasing, stogie smoking duck gets a REAL MOVIE!I'm IN!!
