Say What You Want About JJJ's Ulcer 5-7-12

I am your host...and today, we have the pleasure of roasting a certain poster...you all love him or hate him...you all like him or dislike him...you all...well....I think he owns a HD-DVD player...oh that's just bad news..... anyway, I'm ETM, and JJJ's Ulcer is being roasted.


When I see your wonderful posts of wisdom...I think of this...

Rules:

1. No Cussing. Or as some of us say, no cursing. Now I know...this board is PG and in PG-rated Adventure Time they curse, but I doubt mods will stand for Son-of-a-blee-blob and what not. Since it clearly has the same meaning. and I refuse to pay off the mods like CartoonNetwork seems to do with the FCC.

2. No Threats.

3. Don't bring politics/religion into this.

4. Laugh people. This isn't meant to be serious. It's a roast, a PG roast. Not a attack thread. You can still sound off on the poster that is being roasted, just not PG-13, R, NC-17 style. This isn't a excuse of a thread to make posters cry. Here's a example of what may be posted...

You can post pictures of scumbag steve meme pics...but you must type a few words in the post as to why that poster is like that meme character.

What is not gonna be allowed:

Posting said meme pic or any meme pic and then typing up a few ''choice'' words to anger or make the poster cry. By ''Choice'' words see rule 1.

Eh, I kinda am. Not like I was looking forward to Avengers, The Dark Knight Rises or even cool indy films like this one. But I am somewhat looking forward to it. My lukewarm anticipation isn't due to a fanboyish loyalty or worship of the Raimi films (I think they're supremely overrated and already dated), but in general I've kinda gone off Spidey. Just can't connect to his current stories where he's portrayed as a single hipster. And his cinematic incarnations all focus on him as a highschooler, whereas I prefer him as an adult. Love the character and concept, but nothing interesting (IMO) has been done with him story-wise in almost two decades.

Now, if you merely mean because I represent myself with the handle and avatar of Spider-Man's number one public detractor, then I just wasted two minutes typing. But that's nothing new.
