Not a big fan of either character, but Manhunter. He's overpowered, but at least is pretty cool.
Cyborg is alright, and looks cool, but there's nothing special about him, and considering he should be irreparably traumatized for life it bugs me a bit that they never indicated he was more than mildly bothered that 90% of his body is gone.
