A paper on Superman, his history, his impact on America and the impact American's social climate has had on him.

You could do the whole Superman as Jesus metaphor and write how much more religious American society is becoming (even though American don't realize it).

my ap english teacher told me that there are 2 topics you should never ever do a paper on unless it's assigned by the teacher; abortion and euthenasia, because they are such hot topics, you can't truly write for one side convincingly or something like that
