How about Movie Concept Costumes. Any character that might not have been made yet on the big screen? What would their costume look like on the big screen. All of comics, cartoons and fantasy is included.

You can do movies that have been done before and show us what you would have done differently.

im thinking they will prob allow redesigns of ones that have had movies too as long as its not something simple like a recolouring on photoshop

If you can come up with something different than what was done then go for it. I really don't want to make many rules siince we are un-official, but I think we all would ahear to Excelsior's general rules as a guideline.

Allright, I wanted to redesignn a villain, and one that not only hadn't been done: one that is unlikely to be done soon. Since this is a loose contest, I'll show my concepts. If I get a final one done, then fine. Till then, this would be my entry.

Mac Gargan AKA the Scorpion. I came up with this because the original cover, the one where Scorpion is carrying Spider-Man, I thought the mask looked a bit like commando gear. So I played with that a bit.

The Scorpion "stinger" comes from a backpack sort of thing, rather than the lower back. It's purpose is to drain Spiderman of a blood sample, but it can also be used to shoot chemicals.

I did a version without goggles, as well.

Finally, an unmasked one. Show a bit of that emotion thing.

As for color... I'm thinking green-black, or black green.

Here's something I posted in the DC redesign thread that could be used for a Superboy movie or smallville type thing (it doesn't have a cape and technically it's not tights)

Ok I never post art on here cause well I suck but here's a redesign of superboy I came up with to go with a story, whenever that's finished we'll let you guys know because it will be awesome!!! Including the art cause I won't be doing it

The horizontal lines are supposed to be a ribbed material like on a flight suit sort of.

heres my take at a movie version of these two characters the title is BLUE AND GOLD

with beetle i went with more of a leathery xmen/daredevil look

and with booster gold i went mor stream line mush more like tights ala superman/spiderman like

I love it but it looks like an action figure for a parachuting batman, or that's his flight suit when he's piloting his jet etc.
