Don't know which to do the Jokerz gang, or redesign some other villians to fit into the beyond time line.?

I was thinking maybe I should post the rules, just in case someone was curious.
Here is what I think they are,
Create a Batman Beyond character, you can make it up completely, or redesign an already existing character from DCU or the Batman Beyond world. If you choose a character that already exists like a Batman Beyond character of a DC character you must redesign it to fit the Batman Beyond world (example is Superman or the Joker).
Is that good?

As said before, I'm not familiar with Beyond's characters, so I googled them. I was so thrilled by Inque and Blight that I decided to bring'em both together.
