A fantastic little show, featuring great performances from Anderson and Butterfield, with a star making turn for the girl playing Maeve.



Wonderful setting, a nice mix of American and British styles and some great music. I'm certainly hoping for a season 2... Highly recommended.

I saw this advertised on Netflix the other week, and honestly, I just rolled my eyes thinking it to be just another teen drama, but I actually started watching this earlier today (two episodes in) and it's not actually too bad, with some good comical moments. Not quite what I expected it to be, which I'm glad about.

Don't get me wrong, there's that teen drama in it, but it's not entirely about that, and more about the journey of the characters I guess? Certainly worth a watch, cause there's certainly some sympathy for some of the characters.

I'm five episodes in at the minute, and can thoroughly say I'm enjoying it. Hats off to the cast and crew. There's a lot of ... relatable scenes in this, and you can't help but not look at all the character in the black and white sense that you may otherwise do so in real life.

Genuinely enjoying this one.

Butterfield became a bit boring in S2 compared to the first. Not bad, just more predidictable.

What if they go further with his character in S3 and give him a gay element? That would be interesting.

I think she does tend to get the straight woman roles a lot but she’s actually so versatile . She was also so great in American Gods season one before the network decided to mess around with that show and she left .

I had no idea she was capable of this.

I hope she gets a few more interesting, unusual roles to show off what she can do.

Headmaster Groff's job was in jeopardy in season 2 with the school administrator placing him on leave.

I'm guessing Groff or the administration make a bunch of changes to the school which include uniforms.

Jason Isaacs is playing Groff's older and more successful brother.
