(I'd have gone with Doc Ock...although primarily for his older appearances. Brainiac has always been pretty cool too so the more I think about it a tie ain't so bad between those two..)

Current round - I loved both characters when they were first introduced, but I've liked Sandy a bit longer, he was a good guy for a while (and pretty cool that way too), and I think he's been more consistently written then Parry....
