That's actually sad that Mr. Freeze only has his animated counterpart to thank for his popularity.

Electro may never have lived up to his potential, but at least his comic-self is far beyond filler like the comic book Freeze. Since its not the animated versions I'm acknowledging, Electro wins easily.
