I'm a New Avengers fan and was curious if the team book is any good.

No they didnt.
You've already made it very clear that your taste sucks. No need to keep reiterating it; we get it.Kotagg said:Yes, they did. Old Avengers sucked major, as far as I'm concerned. Hawkeye, Thor, Vision - all terrible characters.

I can't agree with this sentiment at all. Sure, I like Captain America, but I have no interest in reading a character I like in a story I don'tWillowhugger said:Well I don't really care about the tone of the book. I care about reading about Wolverine, Spiderman, Iron Man, Luke Cage, Spiderwoman, and Captain America fighting crime

WOLVERINE25TH said:I'll go one further; Bendis can't write SUPERHEROES. DD became a crime noir book, which he's good at. And Powers, if Bendis frigs up his own characters he's got issues. But books with standard superheroics? He falls on his face. Th' first half of Ultimate Spidey was decent, but he keeps chrunin' out uneventful stories with repeated elements that just drag it down. Not to mention his extremely drawn out style, stretchin' stories WAY longer than they need.
