That's my take on it as well. I felt they did the kryptonite technology on SV to create more plots and prolong the show. Finding a bunch of uses and effects for it could create a world where Superman is constantly running into it. Hey Clark, drink this new Krypto-Coffee with 3 times the energy of caffeine but no jittery feeling! It should just be a weapon used against superman. Ideally, it would be very rare. Perhaps there might even be just one known piece of it. The person in possession of it should feel like they've been given a godlike ability to take on an alien that appears godly himself. If everyone and their brother has it or it's present in all kinds of weapons, it loses that "Oh ****! Look what he's got!" appeal.
I agree... it sould be really rare. one or two pieces in the whole world. Also we don't know how it will be introduced.. So, that will say the quantity or who would have the privilege. It should just be a weapon used against superman. Ideally, it would be very rare. I think the other use it should be Metallo, and a "secret" power source of LexCorp experiments could be interesting. Also I am more inclined to see Apokolips, kryptonian, Thanagarian, IDK, extraterrestrial weapons that can "hurt" Superman. That's my take on it as well. At least give your theory BvS![]()
Seriously thought I think Kryptonite may be really lacking worldwide. But I'd like only Lex and maybe Batman (if Supes maybe gives it to him) them to use as Metallo's heart, one or two sweet weapon from Luthor.. But I want to see kryptonite as the dangerous and radioactive that even can hurt humans (in the long term) consequence dealed here. If it hurts a man of steel then humans would not be safe from its radiation, althought the effects would be loong term as I've said.
Yep but they may have left on the space or were left on Earth where the W.E or the B.Z landed Earth. If those rocks are indeed kryptonite. We aren't sure how they are gonna introduce it.im just wondering how kryptonite would come about on Earth? when Krypton was destroyed in MOS Kal-El's ship got to our galaxy via a wormhole (for lack of a better term), there werent any bits of old Krypton following in its wake. the only time there was ever an effect of "kryptonite" was the air within Zod's ship-- and wasnt that sent back into the Phantom Zone?
I prefer that it also affects humans (long-term), it expands the spectrum of possibilites on plot. It's like but why is it hurting a Man of Steel? Yeah but it can hurt you too. slowly... know what I meanIt could also just be a material that most Kryptonians are allergic to (i.e. their super imune system reacts abnormally to the substance). That way it wouldn't necessarily affect humans.
