i would only put movies on them, so i would hope that wouldn't be too heavy. i've actually thought of looking into seeing how much and how difficult it would be to build my own

Movies would be fine. But id really recommend shelves specifically for movies, otherwise they tend to be very very deep and a bit jarring for a dvd/blu ray case

I have 2 very tall oscar atlantic media shelves and the midsized one, and they work great.

Id love cabinet doors too though.

They come with plenty of shelves and easily adjustable for CD's, DVDs, and blu rays, and just enough room to add my movie memorabilia to as well

the one of the left, no, the movies do not hang over.. but the one on the right, they do.. I assume one is an older model. I got the (non-hang over) one first.. so I assume that's the older model.

I don't know how you find out one that is or isn't. before you order it.

Thanks! lol it's a bunch of Disney characters that signed that I think, nothing cool. That's my old room at my parents house, I haven't really kept up with a lot of it.

One of my most prized items in my collection without a doubt. Can't tell you how many offers I have turned down from people wanting to buy them. I hunted them for 9 months almost and woke up on my birthday, did an Ebay search out of boredom and there they were, just my size also. So I doubt I'll ever be letting them go. Not to mention the former owner bought them in 1984 which is the one year this particular color scheme was released and put them in storage until 3 years ago when I bought them, they are as mint as you can get.

Yes it is. The very one I've had since I was a kid. Still my all time favorite.

That's a pretty cool collection of prop weapons. Although I'm surprised you don't have the 45 long slide from the first movie.

Yeah it's on my wish list of things to get eventually because it's an out of production airsoft model and I've never seen one go less than 5-6 hundred bucks and I've never done the costume of the T-800 when he carries that weapon also. Only the police station massacre.
