Show Off Your Movie Collections!

I'll have to take pictures again myself. Was debating whether or not to make a separate shelf for the Horror films

i care. blu is much better video quality
with me, it's for use at work on laptops for example I'm watching AoU dvd on the computer here lol
If it's a classic and I CAN get a bluray Combo I do that, but if it's a deal like the 50 Horror films I go with the dvd lol

it's very rare that i'll buy a DVD these days unless it's something i really want that isn't available on Blu yet. such as The Last Airbender cartoon series and my Gidget collection. Most recent DVD i got was Gargoyles Season 1

My collection is not as vast as CC's, but I like to think I've done a good job of organically organizing my collection alongside the rest of my clutter. If you look closely, you can see I've created some homemade "box sets" so I can put multiple films in a multi-DVD box to save space.

heh the other end of the idea is I get 3D versions of my favorite films to hopfully get a 3D set up on day lol

I've thought of doing that (making set covers), but still doesn't make any more room lol

I guess it depends whether you can obtain those multi DVD boxes. The ones I have can accommodate up to 10, but with roughly the dimension of 2 regular DVD cases or 2.5 Blu Rays. So theoretically you can save the space of about 7-8 individual movies that way.

Well if you can locate Illustration board, there are variations in gage thickness and you can Make your own if you have the know how.
One of our Classes at the Joe Kubert school was doing that kind of box layout.

I want that Shield Coffee cup!!! lol
since i'm nearing 1000, or might have passed it by this point, here's an update for Vartha lol
