I don't see where it says the show has gotten bad the past 2 years, it's basically saying they been pulling the same trick since the first episode and really going nowhere in the process. In all reality the wink wink moments were more a thing of the first few seasons the later ones

At first I would get excited by the "wink wink" moments in season 1. But then when they started to do them over and over again during seasons 2, 3, 4, etc. I got tired of them.

You know, i'd almost have agreed with you a few years ago, but it's much much more than that by now...

And i've been thinking, over the last couple of days, having looked at a few voting polls and things for best tv show and not even seeing Smallville on there, that is the most highly undderated and underappreciated show on television.

It's given us 10 seasons.

It's the only show of it's kind to ever be successful.

Why does no one recognise it to be an acheivement at all?
