I`m in Virginia....Watching our 5th Snow event this season come down...

Normally, I more than okay with Snow....
I like the picturesque quality...
I can get into the 'Snow Day' mentality......

But darrnitt... Enough Is Enough....

It`s supposed to be SPRING...right?

There is even the potential for...THUNDERSNOW !
(which sounds like a Bond Film...
"James Bond is back, in...THUNDERSNOW !
Tagline: "A whole new Cold War!")

It was fifty something like, yesterday. I wake up this morning and it’s back to Winter “wonderland”.

I'm in Maryland ..and i love the snow. :)

I like snow when it's enough to cancel work. :)

--Oh, yeah.. We were in the 60`s a few times and actually had some 70-degree days...

But, last week, on Monday we had Snow....Then 50`s and low 60`s...
Today; upper 30`s (as a 'high') and a thick Snow coming down.

True; not as bad here as some places....

But this back-n-forth is just annoying....
Almost makes me want to complain to the Management...
I find myself picturing God as a seedy Apartment 'Super' in a ratty tee-shirt with a foul cigar, not caring if your place is freezing...

Old Saying; "Climate is what we want; Weather is what we get."

It's been back and forth like that in Massachusetts, too. Sunny to freezing, warmth to snow. :(

I'm in New York. We've had some sort of snow event every week now this whole month. I'm hoping today's storm is the last big one this year. What's bizarre too is that February was abnormally warm.

I think we have another possible snow event Sunday into Monday. :(

----Yeah, I keep hoping --each time--that THIS one will be that last flip `o the middle finger from Winter on it`s way out the door....

"Don`t forget me, I`ll be back--See ya !"....

How can I miss Winter, when it won`t go away ?

It's a christmas miracle. School's out, so that's all that matters.

It's great. All the FEDS stayed home to work and I have the roads almost to myself this morning. Hour drive took a little over 45 minutes.

We got almost 6 inches of snow overnight. I just shoveled my huge driveway snow is some bull!

Were I am it used to snow like 4 times a year now it seems to snow more often but less snow over all like it used to be you would get like 2 feet told of snow in winter and now we average more like 1 foot. This year we have had about 7 days were it snowed so far but like 4 of those times it didn't stick and like 2 times it was like 3 inches and one other time of like 1 inch and now we may get snow again sat and sunday. The crazy thing is in jan and first half of feb we were like 65 degrees on average and only had like 5 told days were it rained and average for winter here is like 50 degrees and rain like 70% of the time. Now just in the last half of feb and march so far it has snowed like 7 times and had several other days were it was a cold rain like 40 degrees type of stuff.

But now you guys won't get to go see Pacific Rim Uprising.

:lmao:

It's been a bust so far in Massachusetts on the cape. We got a dusting and it's been windy, but that's pretty much it. :(

Where I live, we got over 10 meters of snow this season. Made for some great skiing.

I fear that I am lapsing into Seasonal Affective Disorder....In the SPRING.

Three days ago it was 75 degrees here. Last night and today it’s 35 with freezing cold 20 mph winds.

Georgia weather is more inconsistent than Taylor Swift’s love life.

I think we had more snow melt down from the previous storm than having anything added to it with this one. It was a bust considering all the hype. :p

--Oh, come now...Georgia can`t be THAT bad....:cwink:

I`m in Virginia, and the worst thing here is that we keep getting sporadic odd days of 60`s and even 70`s....

Just enough to get your long-sleeve wooley-pully & thick coats OFF..
...And get your hopes up for putting tank tops and shorts ON.

Then we backslide into 30`s ....high winds (with wind chills) and...SNOW.

Meanwhile, the grass is greening and growing, with dandelions aplenty, dogwoods and cherry blossoms a-blooming....in the COLD AIR.

Our weekend: Highs in the low 40`s, lows in the 20`s...and A WINTRY MIX.

:csad:

Live in CA but I remember like 4-5 years ago or something we had snow and then like 4 days in a row after were it was hardly reaching 35 for highs and then all of a sudden after those 4 days it went up to 70.
