So anyone get the new Ipod Nano?

Did anyone get the new Ipod Nano? I'm in the market for a new ipod and the nano's price islooking very appealing right now. My question is, how's video playback on the nano? I mainly want it for the widescreen display{I'd get a touch but that's a bit out of my price point right now}.

I recommend a Sansa, those little things are awesome, cheaper, and pretty much play anything. =P Well, within reason of course, but at least they don't have "Format" issues.

Well I'm a PC... but when it comes to playback devices I like the Ipod. I have a G1 Nano and I'm looking to upgrade myself.


I've heard the playback isn't that great but it's merely speculation. I'd like to pick up one of the new Nano's.

What was the price and storage space?

Yup, same here. And besides I've already wasted enough $$$ on stuff from the itunes store to get something else.

If you want tactile go with the sansa. If it's for more music get the Clip or the Fuze and if you want more video playback get the Sansa View. In terms of touch, my number one choice is the Samsung M1/R1 (or the P3 if you don't want to wait for the M1/R1 to be released), and then I have the Cowon S9 and the ZuneHD tied for second with the Apple iPod Touch coming in third.
