Some critical of Pizza Hut "Book It!" program

Basically, for every book you read, you get some pizza. Which would explain why fat kids like to read so much.

It is pretty ******ed, you're rewarding kids with pizzas if they read. Then we wonder why our children are such lard asses.

I thought it was a great program when I was in sixth grade, I say more power to Pizza Hut.

I used to do that in Elementary. After that, I didn't care. I got a pin in the 4th grade for reading a lot of books though. I'm not fat though soooo I got nothing to complain about.

When I was in school, we never did that.

We had the St. Jude Math-a-Thon, where we got this booklet with various math ****. And we'd then pester our family and their friends by placing bets, I mean raising funds, for every math question we answered.

The money raised then went to St. Jude
