Wow... i came into this thrad to say the same thing. Id rather hear the score at the ending as opposed to a rock band.

I know its a bit too early to predict what will appear on the soundtrack but...

I'm a huge Smashing Pumpkins fan. On their final album, Machina II, they have a really kickass song called "White Spider." It's not a very well known tune (none of the Machina II songs are, because the album was only released on the net), but do you think that now that the Pumpkins are back together, there might be come chance of seeing this song appear on the movie soundtrack, being as to how the title would fit both the black Spidey suit and the Venom costume? Anyone know of anyway we could suggest this to Sony?

Billy Corgan also did a song called "Spiders" for the Ransom soundtrack - check it out.

BTW Jack White should never write ANYTHING.
Lord knows I love WhiteStripes but some of his lyrics are goddamn horrible.
In particular Hardest Button To Button, my god the part about the "yard with nothing in it" was the crown jewel in that cheesefest.

...Hey! What about the Ramones' cover of Spider-Man!? I'm surprised it hasn't been in the soundtrack...

At first I thought of the symbiote taking over Brock when I heard this song, but it really fits Parker better Not to mention it's a really good song

Smashing pumpkins rocks ive never heard "white spider" but i love "tonight" and all those other great ones

you guys might hate this but an OLD black-and-straight michael jackson song called "another part of me" is a great one possibly when pete starts to do bad things when the symbiote takes over...its a cool song
