Okay
So, so far, the Sony leaks have revealed two Amazing crossover ideas
One is amazing because it actually seems to work well, and has some substance behind it: that being the Django/Zorro crossover. Apparently Tarantino already developed that as a DC thing, and the more I hear about it, the more it sounds like it could be wonderful (I'd even say with or without Tarantino pulling directing duties) The two characters have a lot of similar traits, and there stories have similar messages of oppressed people rising up against established status quos. That could be a buddy cop pairing like no other if done right.
The other is amazing simply because of how bizarre it seems: Jump Street and MiB. Again, the creatives involved seem excited about the idea, but they must know something I do not, because that news just baffles me.
So here is a thread dedicated to all of your(our) other wonderful, amazing, delirious, outright ridiculous crossover ideas.
They can be thoughtful and seriously good ideas
Or just completely bonkers
Up to You!
I'll start it off:
Trying to match periods, so how bout a little Saturday Night Fever/Scarface mashup??
John Travolta and Al Pacino in: Tony vs Tony, a story of guns, drugs, and awful clothes, set to the glittery sounds of the 70's
