Looks like I'm going to pass on these... I'll stick to ML, thank you very much... If those tentacles were longer, perhaps they would've replace my SM Origin Ock's...

They're toys, guys. Made for a children's cartoon.

I realize that certain figures are made with the collector in mind, but not all figures must conform to that.

I agree, as statues and display pieces, these would suck. But I could sit on the living room floor in my feetie pajamas on a Saturday morning with these and have fun for hours.

ock is the worst one... the spideys are cute though... but overall very VERY cheap and shiny plastic.. with next to no articulation. 90's toys did a better job

Eh, hasbro is still supposed to come out with this huge spider-man line. Don't be too upset, this line is geared towards kids 100%.

    But you will....wont you?

Ball Joints is better then anything 90s

Honestly....I kinda like these....I don't know why....Sure I don't like the looks of Ock or Venom or Peter's head.......but I bet these are the way they are animated in the toon.....so if these a re tru representations of that then good......I am glad that Hasbro is getting thier five inch need to aim at kids out of the way on some side line......remember that these aren't the ones for us......remember that.

from what little i read about hasbro. they made it clear that there 5 inch line was for the kids mostly and the 6 inch legends type figures are aimed for the collectors market.

also to be fair. the old figures weren't made to appel to the collectors. in fact they made up a small part of the demographic. collectors only had the one option. now the only real money in action figures is collectors.
