Here is an article I wrote that uses Spiderman to explain Judith Williamson's theory of advertising:

Spiderman 3 and Advertsing

Don't worry it's short and not technical.
PLUS THERE'S A COOL PIC OF THE SYMBIOTE POSSESING A COKE LOGO.

Isn't that Symbiote just a cutout of the Eddie Brock poster?

Speaking of advertising, you all probably rermember the posters and trailers before you saw SM3. The ones of Black Spidey's reflection -- the reflection was his red and blue suit which I thought would imply that he didn't know he was bonded with the symbiote. Wow, some misleading advertising, huh? :oldrazz:

I thought it was pretty obvious that was just gonna be for the trailers (for the audiences to see 2 spidey costumes).

Mmmm...obvious, no. At least not for me. Even earlier entries of SM3 on wiki has an info like that....Yes, yes, anyone can edit wiki...but at least I'm not alone in this thinking. :yay:
