Spider-Man 3 Score CD - Being Released?

Does anyone know if the score for Spider-Man 3 is being released. The first two movie had score releases . . . but I've heard nothing on this so far.

Apparently Young and Elfman are working out a legal dispute since Young recycled lots of Elfmans themes, but a score should be released after they've made an arrangement (around November im hearing)

That's odd, since I heard...read...Elfman saying that Raimi owned all the rights to the themes. Huh

I think Elfman was expecting Raimi to use his main titles and then have Young compose the rest of the music around new motifs, instead of actually repeatedly playing back stanzas from the main title during the movie over and over again.

i know i really want a score! the music was pretty coo! i hope they release it soon! ohh BTW for those that have a myspace! heres my Myspace Spidey 3 Score Music Page...it only has two songs but i think (for those that liked the score) will like it! i [theres also two pages for the other two movies]

Thanks, but are the main titles just a direct audio rip from the bootleg and Harry attacks Peter just from doing 6 channel audio editing on the NBC clip?

your welcome. yeah the "Main Titles" is a rip from a pretty good bootleg, best i've seen so far. The "Harry Attacks Peter" is the actual song that could be released with the score (if there will be one) the movie version is slightly different.

they could do that with the pirated footage and get a wide variety of music
