Yeah, I heard about that game a while ago. It sounds pretty cool, actually. I may pick it up, depending how much I end up spending on my Wii.

It does sound cool, but the footage makes it look like your average 2D Spidey game. Too bad they aren't doing something like this for the consoles using the 616 version of the characters. I'd buy that in a heart beat.

Inital when I heard of it and started reading that article I was like ''SWEET! FLYING THE GOBLIN GLIDER AROUND WILL BE AWESOME" then I got down to the part about it being Ultimate Gobby and well, he's just not as fun or cool.

I'd love to be Ultimate Green Goblin, the art looks GREAT, but I hate the fact that it borrows Ultimate concepts but is ambiguous about actually occuring in that universe.

Yeah, I had the same thoughts when I first heard about it. It was fun playing as Harry in Spider-man the movie game, not because he was hulk goblin (not that I'm bashing Ultimate Goblin) , but because of the glider and various weapons.

If they did that and refined the mechanics a bit, I would buy that on day one.
