Does anyone know if there is an archive of the newspaper strips online somewhere? I know the Crawlspace posts them daily, but they only started doing that January 1st 2009. I know years ago, they used to have them on Marvel.com and that was were I read them for awhile, but they have since been removed. One specific story I thought was great was one dealing with a Werewolf in Central Park. It was great stuff, but it's a pity I can't find them online, much less anything about the strips before 2009, unless it's the initial Lee/Romita stuff from the 70s/80s. Anyone that could help out would be awesome. :hyper:

This is volume one of the comic strips. It covers from Jan 3, 1977 to Jan 28, 1979. They are ALL in Black and White.

Also in B & W, but with a bonus color story.

Yeah I know about those and I don't care for the sideways format the hardcover has. But thanks anyways though :yay:

I wish there was a collection of everything, not just that particular era

Aloha,
Now you're talking about becoming a true Spider-Man collector. If you do enough web and Ebay searches, you'll find people who have the original newspaper strips for sale.
If not in HC form because of price, I wouldn't mind buying a DVD that had the complete comic strip IN COLOR! Write to Marvel.
