It appears that Spidey will be getting one of these, an oversized hardcover, collecting Amazing Fantasy #15, the first 38 issues, and several annuals that he featured in at the time (not necesarily his own). Here's the article, more elaborate:

I'd be picking this up, but I've already got the Masterworks which collect the majority of the books above.

This is a great alternative to the Masterworks collection. I'll definitively pick up Volume 2, at least.
