Regarding Spidey titles (Shattered) and Deadpool showing up on stores again: Activision can always come to an agreement with Disney/Marvel that allows them to sell said games again. Disney/Marvel gets money from sales so I don't see why they wouldn't say yes. The only thing we know for sure is the movie tie-in rights sitting at Activision through 2017 (if nothing changed, like Activision calling it a day after TASM2). I firmly believe that the general game rights are back at Marvel again though. The games being pulled from online retailers makes no sense otherwise.
I think the rumor has some weight to it considering the fact that the actor who had "Untitled Spiderman PS4 Project" in his resume has set said resume to private now (Screencap from when it was public). That and the fact that an instagram photo "at Sony Playstation for a 3d scan" is now deleted (screencap of the photo).
Why bother going through said hoops if it was just a rumor someone made up?
I remember an article a while ago claiming that there's an AAA Marvel game coming exclusively to PlayStation platform(s) but I can't find it anymore (people at NeoGAF remember said article too). That and the fact that the Marvel Games guy claimed AAA console games are coming with more news "next year". That was a year ago so I guess E3 2016 is "next year".
People throw around Sucker Punch as the studio to bring Spidey back to glory and... it kind of makes sense. We know for a fact that SP is working on a new unannounced PS4 exclusive game with loads of job postings:

They want a combat designer, a big focus on "melee combat". Not sure about the inFAMOUS titles but combat was never the main focus. If this turns out true I just hope they don't botch it because iF side missions and open worlds aren't exactly the quality I expect from a Spidey title.
Regarding the group that brought said rumor/leak to our attention, they posted their track record: twitter pic
Looks pretty good and legit IMO.
Let's just hope that the rumored Spidey game isn't just a VR experience. Don't get me wrong, I'd die for a Spidey VR experience but I fear the only way to do Spidey justice is in a few decades when you can hook your brain up for a fully immersive gaming experience that puts you right into the game. I don't see how you can room-scale web swinging and Spidey acrobatics.
