World Spider-man's rogues gallery

Maybe I'm biased because Spidey's my favorite,but does anyone agree with me that Spider-man has the best group of villains in all of comics/movies/graphic novels/tv? Green Goblin,Venom,Doc Ock,Lizard,Sandman,Electro and Mysterio make up the best lineup I've seen. I would think that Batman would be second,but after those two I don't see anyone else having such a great list of baddies.

I defenitely agree! They really are very interesting and pull us fans into the story make us want to see what happens to that character next.

unfortunately i have to agree, hulk, iron man, the flash and superman have nothing on these guys.

Spidey has the best rogues gallery in Marvel. No question. But in the comic book universe, I think Batman's rogues gallery has the edge.

I love the Spidey villains, but most of them are just thugs with powers.

To me what makes Spidey's rogue gallery the best is that he doesn't have on stand out he has two. When people think of the Greatest comic Book villians of all time they think off, Lex Luthor, The Joker, Magneto, Galactus, Doctor Doom, The Green Goblin and Doc Ock.

He has two on an even keel to the greatest villians ever.

I think Spider-Man's rogues have a lot of variety, and are just pure awesome. However, Batman's rogues, such as Joker, Penguin, Riddler, etc. make a good fight. It's hard to say. I can't really decide.

My all time favorite Batman villains are the Joker,Scarecrow,Catwoman and Clayface(on the animated series,anyway). The others don't impress me that much. Well,that's not fair to say. It really depends on what versions I see. For example,I loved Bane on the newer version of the animated series,but obviously he was pathetic in Batman and Robin,as was Poison Ivy.
As for Spidey,Venom is my all time favorite,followed by the Lizard,Green Goblin,Scorpion,Doc Ock and depending on my mood,Carnage.
It does amaze me that other heroes such as Superman,don't really have those stand out villains,despite being around for 70 years. I never cared for Lex Luthor but was impressed by the animated series and Kevin Spacey in Superman Returns.

I also am biased being the Spidey fan that I am, so this one goes for Spidey's rogues. Although a second place to Batman's rogues. Two of the best in comics.

I would have Spider-man and Batman's villains tied. But my bias makes me like Spider-man's more. It would be awesome, if you had a battle between the Spidey villains, and the Batman villains. I'd pay a pretty penny to see that; if it was done right.

I'd definitely say Spidey's got the best villains: a lot of them are just so different than the usual supervillain. I mean, you've got a guy with a scorpion tail, one with 4 mechanical tentacles, and a master of illusions, just to name a few. They make for interesting comics, because they're just that much different from anyone else's rogues gallery.
