Marvel annunced in August that part 5 would not be out until November per the artist's request.

How it should go:
Peter should go at Iron Man with his own tech that is in the Iron Spidey suit. Spidey will have removed the boobie-traps and such, and will hav eused what he learned to figure out som of the chinks in Iron Man's suit, and, through alot of fighting, alot of ingenuity, and a very impressiv display of strength, Peter peels Tony out of his armor and doesn't even hit him, but leaves him webbed up, as he leaves to join Cap's side in the fight...leaving the Iron Spidey suit behind...where the circuits suddenly fry and the suit is left useless. Peter then makes a joke about leaving costumes behind and having to fight them later on.
How it will probably go:
Peter jumps into battle with the sidekick-suit on, not thinking. Iron Man shuts the suit down after Peter gets in one good blow. Tony then goes on to tell Peter that it's called a "blood oath" for a reason, and then ships Peter out to the Negative Zone Prison, where Peter either a- plans to escape with all the other prisoners in tow, or b- He plans to stick his thumb up his ass and await a rescue.
The best way for it to go:
Peter jumps into battle, and Tony immediately attempts to lock-down the suit. Nothing happens, and Peter continues his attack. MJ and Aunt May barge in after a good long brawl, and beg for Peter and Tony to stop it. They don't listen, and the brawl continues. Peter finally gets the upper hand, when a wall behind him explodes, and the team of villains from CW#4 show up...it seems that Tony called the cavalry in...and now a weary Peter must deal with a weakened, yet still dangerous Iron Man, his deadliest villians, and somehow get MJ and Aunt May out of harm's way. To be continued in CW#5.

Arach Knight said:what the hell happened to Marvel's work ethic? Astonishing had to be dropped to bi-monthly. Granted, Whedon is working on projects with DC (Wonder Woman)...but still. And now they need to delay Civil War? Didn't they alredy delay issue 4? It's freaking 7 books. It's not even a full year run. What else is McNiven illustrating for? There was a time, where monthly books, were actually monthly. Marvel is just a f***ing waste these days. If DC can put out 52 full color, 22+ page issues on a WEEKLY basis, I don't see how Marvel falls behind on a freaking 22+ page 7 issue MONTHLY. Gosh damn Marvel is annoying me these days.

As Spidey crashes through a wall The symbiote, bieng seperated from scorpion at some point in the near future, finds pete unconscious and bonds with him again. Spidey then beats Ironman almost killing him, and then marvel will have black spidey back in time for may.

But they really haven't shown him use any of his new powers in front of Tony. I think that this would be a good oppertunity for them to take advantage of those new powers to kick Tony's butt!
