I've been out of the extended MU for awhile, but am I correct in seeing Spidey 2099 in the Exiles now? Anyone reading this, and if so, how's Miguel doing?

So far so good, but it's not really about him, ya know?

Man, used to love Spidey 2099. Rick Leonardi's artwork was amazing.

MMmmm, yeah agree. I reckon a new book would sell too.

But definately not any of the other 2099 titles tho (Ravage, Punisher?!)

:O

>shudder<

lol. Yeah, they did suck big time.

The Exiles book actually made me a fan of old Miguel. I did not care for any of the 2099. I would now, however, read a spider-man 2099 line for sure.

Woah, woah, woah! Ravage was good until he went all beast-man. Punisher was good too. Best was Doom.

Hell ya!

Ravage was 1st done by Stan the Man in the 1st ish, I'm sure of it...

Yea, I dug Pun, (although sometimes ridiculously graphic, sometimes spoiling it.) Ravage was cool too, as was Doomd, Spidey was THE BEST!)

PAD was REALLY good in his heyday. I think he can still be storyteller, but he can suck too, (FNSM??) but Spidey2099 was back when he was the man, imo

In which issue of Exiles did he join?

I only found out a couple of weeks ago about him being in the books, is it good? People seem to give it a warm reception generally...

I dug Spidey 2099 the most. Man, was that a bad-ass book.

Doom was a close second, with Punisher bringing up the rear. I didn't really have much use for any of the other 2099 titles.

I would LOVE to see Spidey 2099 brought back.

I guess im dumb because I thought Spider-Man was the only 2099 Marvel did.

so is spidey '99 like IN exiles? like, as in ON the team?!?

I get the feeling we are going to see him soon in FNSM, since in the letters page it was hinted at recently.

nope.
There was Hulk 2099, Ghost Rider 2099(which I really liked), X-men 2099, Punisher 2099.....

Fantastic Four 2099, 2099 Unlimited, 2099 Genesis, Ravage 2099, Doom 2099...

PAD rules on FNSM. FNSM is really the best Spider-Man book right now. Hobgoblin 2211 is a good character.

There were loads of "2099" characters trying to cash in on the trend. Makes sense i guess. Was mutant 2099, recently created under the Marvel Knights imprint and guest appearing in Marvel Team-Up, set during the "marvel 2099" time era? Cos i thought he was just called this because "2099" was his registration number, as he lives in a world where sentinals are on "every corner". I read the Marvel Team-up appearance but not the marvel knights original.

what issue did Miguel join in Exiles. it is Miguel still right?
