Lower Decks beat Prodigy to the punch...
Also, they seem to have been able to get Robert Beltran back for Chakotay.
Im a bit weary at the moment at how Janeway will be portrayed but nice to have a huge character be part of it.
The new season will complete post-production, and the studio will be looking for a new home for Star Trek: Prodigy as season one comes off the service shortly.
I can see either Amazon Prime or Netflix being among potential new buyers for Star Trek Prodigy.
Most likely Netflix, since they already have TMNT 2012 and a few other Nickelodeon related things on there.
This kind of thing also only discourages people from bothering to watch a series just for it to get canceled then pulled from even being seen. What is even the point of streaming?
I thought the point was to have an archive of all these products and have them in the same place to watch whenever you want.
It seems we should be going back to physical releases instead.
Starfleet officers have a long history of choosing personal loyalty over following orders. I wonder if Prodigy was cancelled so that the rescue of Chakotay and his crew could become a Captain Seven season arc. There wouldn't have been opportunity for this turn of events until recently, when Star Trek started giving serious consideration to a Legacy series.3) What are the Prodigy crew up to in the 25th Century? (Hopefully a cameo in Star Trek: Legacy when it’s picked up!!!)

1) The fate of Chakotay!!!
We need him and his crew safe and sound back in their own time.
Imagine these two misfit crews meeting, the dynamic between Mariner and Dal, Zero and Boimler, Jankom and Rutherford, Rok-Tahk and Tendi would be fun alone!!!
