Tickets go on sale in less 48 hours! I'm planning to buy a set for my first ever SW Celebration

Anyone else here planning to make the event?

Would love too but don't have the monies, but I went to the 30th Anniversary one in London years back and that was amazing fun.

If people from here go, have a great time. :yay:

5 day passes sold out in less than 48 hours in the largest convention center in North America. Insane. But it's the last Celebration of the ST so I can understand.

At this point, I think we won't get a title reveal until the trailer drops at Celebration, which honestly makes it that much more exciting. And a smart marketing move.

Only about 5 hours from where I live in Canada, I'd love to make the trip!

No chance of me going but I always watch the live stream

The original trilogy part of an allegedly huge mural that will be unveiled at the celebration

For those watching on YouTube, the live stream begins Friday at 11am CT.

When is the expected trailer drop? Tomorrow? Or would it be Saturday?

If there is, it will probably be announced on the weekly Star Wars show about a month after this one ends.

Not necessarily. What if they skip next year? It worked out this year because of Rise of Skywalker and Mandalorian both premiering this year. And they didn't have one last year.

That's why I said ''If there is'' at the start of my sentence.

The only thing I can think of to possibly show next year is the Cassian spin-off.

I'm expecting them to skip next year but just thought maybe they would announce the location and year in advance

Interesting as to what they will feature next year. They have no new films coming out in 2020, my guess is this will be a chance to announce a lot of their upcoming slate of films and maybe have trailers and footage for their TV shows on Disney+

Predictions:
1. Star Wars Resistance
2. Star Wars: The Clone Wars
3. Disney+
4. 40th anniversary of Empire Strikes Back
5. Another EA Star Wars Game
6. New Content for Star Wars: The Old Republic

Pretty sure Celebration doesn't happen every year anyway, guys. Isn't it more every-other year? Think the last one they did was the year Rogue One came out from memory.

2017 was the last one, year before that was Celebration Europe. I think 2018 is the only year that’s been skipped since 2015.
