Funny thing is, right now in the comics, Stark technology is all but useless, having been compromised by the Skrull Invaders, while Oscorp technology helped save the planet...

I love Green Goblin, but I have to say Iron Man.

That suit is a weapon, Goblin's has weapons in it but not like Iron Man did. Guns, missiles, repulsors, uber fast flying, targeting system etc.

What about Osborns Iron Patriot suit? Utilizes Iron Man's Tin Man armour. The armour grants superhuman strength, enhanced durability (via a pliable crystalline material with a molecular structure that can collimate into super-hard planes upon the application of an electrical field), a flight system, magnetic impact blasts, heat seeking missiles, miniaturized lasers, flamethrowers and a communications system housed in his helmet which allows interface with any U.S. controlled satellite or computer network. While the original Iron Man armour utilized repulsor technology, Osborn's design does not (despite being based on the former). Stark destroyed all but one repulsor, and stated that "Oz is too stupid" to make his own repulsor-based weapons system. The star shaped Uni Beam projector on his chest also has a less powerful output than that of the original Iron Man model, due to its shape.
