Steam password recovery

Recently, I found my old copies of Half Life 2, plus Episode 1 & 2, in the box that was gathering dust in the closet. Having not played HL2 for probably around 2 years, I decided to install the game in my old laptop and give it another shot. Problem is, I discovered that my old password didn't seemed to work (even though I'm pretty sure I got it right). I decided to use the password retrieval feature, and it prompts me for an answer with a question that I selected when I made my Steam account. The answer didn't work, either. I don't want to create another account because I already tied up all my game validation codes to the old one, but right now I'm not sure how to log my old account back in. Is there a way to contact Steam about my problem?

I think you can open up a ticket and contact them about it as well.
