Sequels Storm movie rumor!

I heard rumors about a storm movie develmonet. But it seems like it wont be a storm spin-off. Because halle said she wants to do other stuff then playing a superhero

Really Wolverine? Gee I didn't see that coming. I don't know which X-men you like but regardless i'd say Storm is one of the most interesting X-men. She has a rich history and has been through a lot with many characters. Anyway is say no to spin offs all together.

Agreed. Well, mostly. I think the her being semi-immune to telepaths thingy is just downright ******ed. As if the weather goddess thingy wasn't enough. Still, yeah, there are possibility if her movieverse persona had anything going for her (aka closer to comicverse). Oh well.

Anyway is say no to spin offs all together.

I love the character of storm, but even in the comics when she 's solo, she's not just as interesting. Most of all the xmen are good as a team. I've never been keen on solo xmen stroies or limited series. wolverine has been the only interesting one. That's just my opinion.

As far as a storm Movie go i agree with someone who posted a while back that FOX she have done a solo Strom movie after Halle's oscar win and before she did Catwoman. Someone even suggested the Shadow King as the main villian. Oh well it's to late now. i really wouldn't care to see one.

Halle, however, would not be my choice for the role. She just can't do the accent or the character justice.
And a new actress anchoring the spinoff would feel extremely disjointed, and people would lose the connection. So from a feasibility standpoint, it's not gonna happen any time soon.

It's pretty well known that a Jinx (from Bond) movie was going to be made, but because her acting was critically panned, and because of the negative press Catwoman got, the company backed out of the film.
