"Stretchy people" besides Reed Richards

I know there is "skin" from Gen 13, but who else in Marvel stretches? And are there people who stretch differently than Reed Richards?

Could any shapeshifters do what he does?

I imagine Hulkling would be able to stretch as well, although I've never seen him do it.

Xavin of Runaways fame is a stretcher because he's got the same powers as the Super-Skrull.
