the satellite feeds are still scrambled/encrypted. If you still manage to have an old c-band satellite, just tuning to that particular sat doesn't mean you're going to get the trailer.

Those co-ordinates are for network affiliates and entertainment shows to pick up on. Regular home users still with C-Band dishes in their backyards will probably just get a blackscreen.
