World Superman The Movie new version?

Anybody know if Superman The Movie the first Superman movie will be an different version in the upcoming box set? With new scenes or will it be like the 2001 special edition?

more specifically...The Theatrical Version has it's original soundtrack (music cues and sound effects) But the picture is still the remastered....so they aren't pulling a Star Wars, thank God!

I don't know if they actually shot the original ending or not.

I asked Steve Younis about it, and he said there was a big chance that it wouldn't be included... he told me that the editing was really bad and the cues were off.

So they did film it. I had no idea if they had shot it at that time. I thought they only went to Canada and New York and was still waiting to go to Arizona, or the area they shot that stuff in, to shoot that stuff. If they did, cool. It will be the first time I heard about it.

I want to see more of these things. They should find everything possible on the movies and put them all in one DVD collection, because honestly I don't want Superman and the Mole Men, or the Fleischer cartoons, they should be kept separate.

I agree. In fact I already have Mole men on the Ad Of Superman dvd.

And I have seen the cartoons so much I probably wouldnt watch them more than once.

So Jimbo, are you buying all collections? Im going to stick with Ultimate. I collect so many older tv shows on DVD, I have to be picky. LOL

Once a girl's seen Superman in action, Niagara Falls kinda leaves you cold.
