I don't think so (or I can't recall ever seeing it in the books anyways). Guess it may have happened under some sorta mind control deal or whatever but afaik Sue has always loved Reed and no-one else (Namor was, by her own admission, someone she was a little infatuated with when they first met but she grew out of it).
In the Ultimate U though she has given Namor a full-on kiss, though he had to coerce through threats into doing it (yes...remarkably, Ultimate Namor is an even bigger @sshole* than the 616 version)

*yeah, I know I'm being hard on Namor, but to be honest he has been portrayed so often as an overbearing arrogant arse it's easy to forget that the jerk does have some redeeming qualities.
